Hi!

I’m Shannon, and like so many others, I was violently and relentlessly dragged through the corporate mud. I’ve experienced mediocre leadership, some of the greats, and (unfortunately) the worst of the worst. 

And when I finally stepped into a leadership role, I knew what I wanted to be as a leader and what I didn’t. 

But, the real kicker was: I took on the new role with no training. Just a new title, a team, and zero direction. So, like many, I just flew by the seat of my pants and figured it out along the way. 

That approach is unfair. 

Emerging leaders deserve a mentor and coach.

  • Someone to guide them through the leadership process and teach them how to go from individual contributor to leader.

  • Someone who can walk them through the ins and outs of dealing with conflict, delegating tasks, holding people accountable, executing effectively, and creating a positive team culture. 

I’ve lived it. I’ve learned from it. And now, I want to equip you with the tools to be an effective leader, using people-first approaches that empower your team to do their best, collaborate, and push toward their goals together.
